Participant playbook

Dear friends, 

Here is some practical info on The Summer Salon Fair for your consideration.

  • Location venue: Hotel Des Indes, Lange Voorhout 54-56, 2514 EG Den Haag
  • Parking:
    • At the hotel is available upon request - please whatsup me if you would like to reserve a spot (45 EUR per day).
    • Closest underground parking - Korte Voorhout 2P, 2511 EK Den Haag
  • Breakfast & beverages: Every morning at 10:30am a selection of 3 sandwitches will be served along with coffee and tea at the Bar at in the Rotonda. All drinks during the day are on the house and will be served at the same bar.
  • Dinner on Friday: exhibitors dinner is on Friday at 8:30 pm in Van Brienen Salon.

Thursday, June 11th

Preliminary offload for bulky items for Jean-Marc, Regina and William only:

  • 5 - 8 pm - through the main door
  • Please park at the Hotel parking in front of the main door - temporary for offload only

Friday, June 12th

Access to the exhibition floor from 8 am till 11 pm:

  • 7:30 - 9:30 am - Factory for Piu offloads the displays
  • 9 - 2 pm - General setup
  • 2 - 8 pm - The Salon is open
  • 8 - 8:30 pm - Wrap up
  • 8:30 pm - 10 pm - Dinner at Van Brienen Salon

Saturday, June 13th

Access to the exhibition floor from 9 am till 9 pm:

  • 9 - 11 am - Setup
  • 11 am - 8 pm - The Salon is open
  • 8 - 9 pm - Wrap up

Sunday November 30th

Access to the exhibition floor from 9 am till 11:30 pm:

  • 9 - 11 am - Setup
  • 11 am - 8 pm - The Salon is open
  • 8:01 pm -  we drink champagne and hopefully count money
  • 8:30 - 10 pm - Factory for Piu collects the displays
  • 9pm - 11:30 - we clean the mess and drink champagne
